Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using I am Creator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

I am Creator is a YouTube channel analytics and optimization platform. It provides analytics dashboards, AI-powered content tools, and SEO optimization for YouTube creators.

Account and access

You must sign in with a Google account to use I am Creator. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your access or use the service in ways that violate YouTube's Terms of Service.

YouTube API compliance

I am Creator accesses YouTube data through official YouTube API Services. Usage is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

AI features

AI-generated content (titles, descriptions, keywords, insights) is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or effectiveness of AI suggestions.

Paid plans and payments

I am Creator offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to the pricing and payment terms shown at checkout.

Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax, VAT, and invoicing on our behalf. Your purchase contract is with Paddle; I am Creator is the supplier of the service.

Pricing and taxes. Prices shown at checkout include any applicable VAT or sales tax for your location, calculated and collected by Paddle. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect a subscription already in progress until its next renewal.

Auto-renewal and cancellation. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless you cancel, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged the then-current price. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep Pro access until then.

Right of withdrawal (EU/UK). By starting your subscription you expressly consent to immediate access to the paid features and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the service has begun. This does not affect your rights in the case of a faulty or misrepresented service.

Refunds. Refund eligibility and how to request one are described in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

I am Creator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or channel performance changes.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
