Refund Policy

Overview
We want every I am Creator customer to be happy with their subscription. This policy explains when refunds are issued and how to request one.
Payments on I am Creator are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle, on our authorization, to your original payment method.
Free plan
The free plan is exactly that — free. There is nothing to refund. You can use it for as long as you like without providing payment details.
Pro subscription
I am Creator Pro is a recurring subscription that unlocks the full toolkit (the predictive monetization countdown, the weekly digest, on-demand refreshes, higher AI limits, and unlimited channels). It renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops the next charge and you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.
- A full refund is available within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not used Pro features beyond normal free-tier usage.
- Renewal charges are non-refundable after 48 hours of the renewal date, except where required by applicable consumer law.
- Pro-rata refunds for unused time are not standard, but may be granted in the case of billing errors, extended service outages, or other documented issues.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase — renewals are covered by the Pro subscription section above.
- Abuse of this policy — for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles on the same account.
- Chargebacks opened through your bank or card issuer before contacting us — these are handled by Paddle's dispute process directly.
EU and UK consumer rights
Customers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance-purchase contracts under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
By starting your Pro subscription, you expressly consent to immediate access to the paid features and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the service has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of a faulty or misrepresented service, and our voluntary 14-day money-back window above is broader than the statutory baseline.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, either:
- Use the "request a refund" link in your Paddle receipt email, or
- Email support@iamcreator.io from the address you used at checkout, with your order ID (shown on the Paddle receipt).
We process refund requests within 2 business days and confirm by email. Approved refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
